Our Mission

The purpose of Kids of Grace Academy is to glorify God by producing high-quality academics, educational assistance, and enrichment opportunities that will equip families to be in control of their children's education and support the discipling of the next generation for Christ.

Enrollment

  • The first step is to fill out the New Family Application. This step will begin the application process. In this process we will ask you to register all potential participants, including parents that may be involved. There will be a processing fee that will help cover a background check. We will also be asking for a reference from a pastoral or church leader. This process generally takes a week or so, depending on how long the reference takes to get back to us. Once everything checks out, we move to step two.

  • Once your family is accepted into Kids of Grace Academy, you will receive a login account. This login account will give you access to our enrollment forms. Log in to your newly created account and ensure all the information is accurate.

  • When you have a login password as a member of Kids of Grace Academy, you can enroll in a Timber Trails Micro-School, Timber Academy, or any of the Electives. On the registration form you will see options for A-Days and B-Days, within those options there you will have the ability to customize your family’s schedule with our Core Program and Focus programs (formally called Opt-ins). You can either bundle them or register for them individually. When you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation note. Within a week, our billing department will reach out within with an invoice that you can either pay all at once or establish a flexible payment plan.
