Kids of Grace Library Agreement

All Kids of Grace families attending year long classes are welcome to participate in the Kids of Grace Library.  

To participate, we ask that all members:

• Treat library books with care and respect, and will find a safe place to keep the books until they are returned to the library.

• Return Kids of Grace library books on time (two weeks from when it is checked out).

• Renew overdue library books that are still actively being read.

• Replace or cover the costs of a lost or damaged library book.

• Keep to the 4 book per student limit.  

Library Fines

• If a book is overdue you will receive an email notice.

• If a book is overdue for more than two weeks, you will receive a second email notice.

• If a book is overdue for a month, the book will be assumed lost and you will incur a replacement fine for the book. If the book is returned, the fine can be dismissed.

• If a family has unpaid book replacement fines, the family account will be suspended until these fines are paid.

If you agree to the above terms please fill out the form below. Once we receive your agreement, we will create an account for you. You will receive an email with login info. You will be able to access the library catalogue and check books out from the Kids of Grace Library.
