Kids of Grace Academy Admissions

Applications are now open for the 2025–2026 academic year at Kids of Grace Academy, welcoming students from kindergarten to twelfth grade. Applications for mid-year admission may be considered based on availability of space.

Admissions Requirements

  1. Parental Commitment
    Both parents must agree to:

    • Support the Doctrinal Statement of Kids of Grace Academy.

    • Partner in their child's at-home instruction as part of the enrollment agreement.

  2. Kindergarten Eligibility
    Students must be 5 years old by September of the admission year.

  3. Academic and Behavioral Standards
    Students in grades 1–12 must demonstrate:

    • Appropriate academic progress.

    • Satisfactory classroom behavior.

  4. Teaching Parent Requirements
    The teaching parent must be an active member in good standing (or equivalent) of a Bible-believing, evangelical church.

Enrollment Process Overview

Step 1: Come and Visit!

  • We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to attend one of our open house dates or contact us to setup a private tour.

Step 2: Application

  • Our application is available online or may be printed out and returned to the school office. Please have these items available when applying:

    • Application for Admission

    • Recent and Previous Report Cards (if available)

    • Standardized Test Scores from the last 12 months

Step 3: Schedule a Family and Student Interview

  • Part of the application process includes a sit-down interview with each family. Both parents and prospective student(s) will meet with an administrator. This allows us to get to know you (and vice-versa) as we consider each student for enrollment. 

Step 4: Receive Admission Determination

  • After evaluation of forms submitted, testing results, and the interview, a decision will be made by the admissions committee regarding status for entry into the school. Each family will receive an email with the decision and next steps, if applicable.

Step 5: Pay Enrollment and Tuition Fees

  • Set up a tuition payment plan as part of the Admissions Packet.

  • 12 month payment plans run July-June.

  • Pay a $400 deposit per student (non-refundable) before completing admissions.

  • $100 will be deducted for each student if tuition is paid in full for 2025/2026 school year by July 1, 2024.

Tuition for the 2025–2026 Academic Year:

  • K–8th Grade: $4,760

  • 9th–12th Grade: $5,300

Payment Notes:

  • Accounting will notify families before the initial deposit is charged.

  • Tuition payments follow the selected plan after the deposit is paid.

  • Financial aid opportunities and discounts for families with multiple children are available.

Step 6: Orientation

Admitted Kids of Grace Academy students and their families will be invited to an orientation meeting. This meeting will review policies and procedures, expectations, and important details for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is also an exciting opportunity to meet other Kids of Grace Academy families.
