Homeschool Co-op Enrollment
Applications are now open for the 2025–2026 co-op year at Kids of Grace, welcoming students from preschool through eighth grade. Applications for mid-year admission may be considered based on availability of space.
Admissions Requirements
Parental Commitment
On campus parent must agree to:Support the Doctrinal Statement of Kids of Grace Academy.
Read the Co-op Handbook and sign our campus policies and conduct agreement.
Be onsite for duration of co-op.
To volunteer in a role that is assigned by the campus director.
A specific volunteer role may be requested, but there must be flexibility if the particular role is filled and there is a need elsewhere.
Directors will work with volunteers for best placement.
Behavioral Standards
Students in grades preschool–8 must demonstrate:Appropriate classroom behavior.
Integratable personal character, described and agreed to in the student code of conduct.
We expect parents to be engaged in monitoring and correcting behavioral issues.
Enrollment Process Overview
Step 1: Come and Visit!
We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to attend one of our open house dates or contact us to setup a private tour with one of our co-op directors.
Step 2: Application
Our application is available online. Please have these items available when applying:
Application for Admission
Pastoral or church leader reference
After we receive the application, each family will be a sent a Pastoral/ Church Leader Reference Form to be filled out by a church staff member.
Step 3: Enrollment
After evaluation of forms submitted each family will receive an email with next steps.
Step 4: Pay Tuition Fees
After the application is evaluated and the family is accepted, an email will be sent with the tuition balance and payment instructions. Payment is required in full.
For families with more than one child in the program, an alternative payment plan is available:
Option: Pay half of the tuition before the start of the school year and the remaining half by January 2026.
Tuition
Preschool–6th Grade: $375 (12.50 per week)
7th–8th Grade: $550 (18.33 per week)
Fees
Application Fee: $150 (non-refundable)
Enrollment Fee (per family): $150 (non-refundable)
Supply Fee: Determined by the Director (non-refundable)
Facility Fee: Based on Location (non-refundable)
Daycare Fee: $100 per child
Payment Notes
Financial Aid: Opportunities are available for eligible families.
Sibling Discounts:
5% discount for the 2nd child.
10% discount for the 3rd and additional children.
All fees are non-refundable.
Step 5: Orientation
Admitted Kids of Grace Co-op families will be invited to an orientation meeting. This meeting will review policies and procedures, expectations, and important details for the 2025–2026 co-op year. This is also an exciting opportunity to meet other Kids of Grace Co-op families.
