Course Description
Welcome to the wonderful world of baking! This class will showcase the different varieties of cookies, cakes and other sweet or savory treats. In each class we will discuss a different baked good and the science behind why specific methods are necessary for each recipe. Have you ever wondered why your cookies spread too much in the oven? Or why was your cake too dry? Maybe your brownies looked done but the middle was still raw? We will answer all these questions and much more in this class.
